INGREDIENTS | organic red rooibos tea, organic cinnamon, organic hibiscus, organic apple pieces, organic plum essence.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS | Boil water to 212 degrees. Pour 8-12 oz over 1/2-1 tsp of tea. Steep for 7 minutes. Strain and enjoy with honey, try with cream and a cinnamon stick.
